Shopping Centres Management Department carries out all the tasks required for comprehensive property maintenance and management, for which it counts with personnel, specialized in the different areas of a shopping centre. Also it takes care to support the correct operation of all the services of a shopping centre to contribute to its success.
The objective of the department is to maintain a fluid communication with the clients and retailers, with the intention of have a total control of the day to day and obtain a frame of communication and confidence.
Our services are:
- Property Management: Management of rents with a customized control that reduces considerably the number of unpaid debts.
- Management: Control of the expenses of community, the promotion and animation of the centre.
- Technical and real estate management of the common zones
- ECOP: Privative work coordination in the commercial premises
