Aguirre Newman’s Project Manager , is the professional who at the first stage helps the client – developer or owner of a construction project – to define their real needs in terms of the building project, and collaborates on assigning the professional teams of architects most suited to meeting these needs.
The Aguirre Newman Project Management assumes control of each stage and process involved in executing a large building project, also assuming responsibility for coordinating all those taking part in the project, saving time and money as a result.
The Project Management team is responsible for overall management of the building project, coordinating with the different parties involved in the construction process. This optimizes resources and achieves the goals established in terms of scope, deadlines and cost, optimizing the meeting of the expectations of the organizations involved in the project.
