Architecture for New Construction
Aguirre Newman’s Architecture Division carries out new construction or refurbishment projects for office and industrial/logistics properties, hotels shopping and leisure centers, residences, etc. Overall coordination of the work throughout the construction process is also performed by Aguirre Newman’s Architecture Division.
The new construction area offers the following services:
Viability studies: Prior analysis of the urban development and technical viability of a site. Study of relevant regulations, local conditions, access, traffic, orientation, etc.
Architecture and building plans: development of plans for new construction in various stages, as well as overseeing the work. Stages:
- Draft
- Basic plan, activity and general systems plan and health and safety study. Defining building conditions and the facilities necessary to request an operating and construction permit.
- Project in progress
- Project and site management by managers for execution of works and works.
- Coordinating health and safety.
Building manuals: document summarizing the topology of the building in terms of architecture and systems, with a complete definition of all elevations, floors and sections, as well as construction details and the facilities necessary to fully define a building so that a third party may develop a plan which forms part of an idea previously accepted by the client, and an overall homogenous image.
