Implementation Projects
Aguirre Newman’s Architecture Division prepares architectural and interior design plans for office and industrial/logistics properties, hotels, shopping and leisure centers, business premises, etc. Overall coordination of the work throughout the construction process is also carried out by Aguirre Newman’s Architecture Division.
Aguirre Newman’s involvement encompasses the work planning, monitoring, handover and start-up stages.

- Managing construction: via two methods
- Turnkey: acting as construction company. After the plans are drawn up, the client has a definitive deadline and cost. The work of hiring sub-contractors is taken on by Aguirre Newman Arquitectura.
- Construction management: the client is responsible for selecting and signing contracts with the various sub-contactors. Aguirre Newman Arquitectura assumes no responsibility for deadlines and costs.
