The Foundation

About us

The Aguirre Newman Foundation promotes and develops social interest activities related to the real estate sector, particularly promoting training, professional specialisation and social action projects.

Aguirre Newman Foundation, created by the Aguirre Newman consulting group, seeks to strengthen the bonds between companies and society to help, jointly, make cities ever more inhabitable places.

Incorporation details of the Foundation

The Aguirre Newman Foundation was incorporated in Madrid on 19 July 2000. Its registered offices were established in Madrid in C/ General Lacy, 23, and its scope of action covers the whole of Spain.

Its founders were Mr Santiago Aguirre Gil de Biedma and Mr Stephen Kenneth Newman.

The Aguirre Newman Foundation is registered in the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport's Protectorate's Foundations Register by Ministerial Order dated 14 November 2000, number 589. It was published in the Official Spanish Gazette (BOE) on 1 December 2000.
