The Foundation

Missions

The mission of the Aguirre Newman Foundation’s is to promote research and development in the real estate sector, especially in the areas of town planning, architecture, design and environmental protection and improvement. To do so, it supports training and specialisation for sector professionals, as well as public distribution of studies and initiatives that contribute to raising the public's awareness.

Furthermore, the Aguirre Newman Foundation carries out social action projects to improve quality of life among the disadvantaged, through three lines of action with social entities:

• Pro bono real estate consultancy services to provide these organisations with free access to our professional services
• Furniture donations; we channel furniture reuse or recycling for our clients.
• Support to Development Co-operation projects.
